You have the option to cancel your order as long as a dasher has not been assigned to handle the pickup or delivery. Once a dasher has been assigned, any changes or cancellations to the order are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel your order, we advise doing so at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Can I place an order solely for dry cleaning services?
No, dry cleaning services are only available when bundled with a wash and fold order, and this may result in additional processing time.
Can I specify special instructions for my laundry?
Absolutely! You can provide special instructions for washing, drying, folding, or any other preferences you have. We'll make sure to follow them to your satisfaction.
Do I have to be home to use the service?
Not at all! Our goal is to provide you complete freedom from laundry. That also means freedom from having to wait for a delivery driver to show up and pick up your clothes. If you prefer, you can leave them on your front porch and we can coordinate to determine what works best for you!

How will I be billed?
At the store, your laundry is weighed, and a text message containing an invoice displaying the weight and total will be sent to you. Once your order has been cleaned, the credit or debit card associated with your account will be charged accordingly.
How will I know when my laundry is done?
You will receive text notifications at each stage of the process, including when we receive your laundry, when it is being processed, and when it is ready for delivery back to you. Rest assured, you will be kept informed throughout the entire process!
Is it acceptable to combine my dry cleaning items with my regular laundry in the same bag?
To ensure the best care for your clothing and avoid potential issues, it's advisable to separate your dry cleaning items from your regular laundry. You can place dry cleaning items in a separate bag or clearly label them as "Dry Cleaning" to help the service provider identify them correctly and ensure they receive the appropriate treatment.
Is there a minimum weight for pickup and delivery orders?
Indeed, we do have a minimum weight requirement of 20 pounds for pickup and delivery orders. Although we accept orders below this minimum weight, they will be billed at the minimum rate of 20 pounds.
What happens if I missed the delivery driver?
If your laundry is not ready for pickup on the designated delivery date, a $10.00 Missed Delivery fee will be billed to your credit card.

We collect credit card information up front as a part of our order processing procedure. However, please rest assured that your card will not be charged until your order is fully completed and ready for delivery.
